This is one of the gorgeous things I saw at Contemporary Textiles 2013 in London a few weeks ago. Alison's cardigans are now stocked by Handmade Happiness, and coming soon, her brightly coloured scarves.
I am excited about watching 'The Great British Sewing Bee' tonight on BBC2 at 8pm. Eight contestants, three tasks and two judges, one a Saville Row tailor, the other an expert dressmaker, I'm hoping it will de-mystify making clothes and encourage everyone to have a go!
